TSHC Fun Fly (August 20th, 2005)
Well we kind of let this fun fly slip a bit in the planning stage. However Amin still welcomes folks out to his place to fly on Sat. Start time is about 10am till ??

Recap...The turn out was kind of slim but we had some fun before the weather turned nasty. Amin fired up the grill and made some excellent sausage. Tim Knott wowed us with his souped up Venture 50 and his 90 size JR bird. Rick Hughes got in some stick time too with his sweet Raptor 50..

Field Noise Policy
As approved at the last meeting, all heli's flying at Slim's site must have reasonably quiet mufflers. Slim has been appointed noise Sheriff. Don't argue with him, if its loud don't fly! Particularly sited as no-fly mufflers are stock Raptor mufflers (and just about any stock muffler, like the new Scedeau muffler, Nexus stock etc.). If you want to make SURE you are okay, I recommend the new Zimmerman steel mufflers...very quiet. The Hatori series is nice as well. Spend a little and save us all trouble in the long run. Thanks for your cooperation...John "Safety Officer" Anast
